Support for Life’s Challenges, Delivered with Compassion and Professionalism

Life can feel really tough at times. You might find yourself caught in a swirl of negative, judgmental thoughts, anxious about relationship or workplace challenges, weighed down by loss or depression, or struggling to switch the overthinking off. Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

At PossAbilities Network, we offer a safe, welcoming space where you can explore your feelings, thoughts, and experiences without judgment. Our compassionate, professional team is here to support you as you take meaningful steps toward change.

A Pluralistic Approach Tailored to You

We know that every person’s story is unique. That’s why we use a Pluralistic Therapy approach - offering a personalised, confidential service that responds to your individual challenges and hopes for change. This is therapy that puts you in the driving seat.

Whether you are facing:

  • anxiety

  • panic attacks

  • depression

  • bereavement or loss

  • significant life transitions

  • relationship difficulties

  • workplace challenges

we collaborate with you to find the right therapeutic approach to improve your mental health and wellbeing.

At PossAbilities, we believe you are the expert on your own life. Our therapy is strengths-based, meaning we focus on your existing talents, coping skills, and inner resources — even if they feel hidden right now.

Life’s challenges can make us forget our strengths. We can become weighed down by problem-focused thoughts, losing hope and motivation. In our conversations, we will explore what is right as well as what feels wrong. This helps you take back control, build resilience, and rediscover your capacity to cope and grow.

Creative Options

Words are not always enough to express what we’re feeling or thinking. Alongside talking therapy, we specialise in offering creative therapeutic approaches that do not rely on words.

These may include:

  • art

  • working with metaphor

  • sand tray therapy

Creative methods can help unlock a challenging personal story, create breathing space for insight, and open pathways to new solutions. We recognise that these approaches may be new to some and that they are not for everyone — and that’s completely okay. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. We follow your preferences and collaborate with you to choose methods that feel right.

Feedback Informed - Ensuring Your Voice Leads the Way

Your feedback is central to our work. At each meeting, we check in with you about:

  • how things are going in relation to your therapy goals

  • how the session felt between us

We use two short, internationally recognised tools — the Outcome Rating Scale (ORS) and the Session Rating Scale (SRS) — to ensure your voice stays at the centre of the process. These tools help you track your journey of change and help us adapt our approach if things aren’t moving in the direction you hoped.

Therapy is not only about overcoming difficulties. It’s also an opportunity to:

  • discover your coping strengths

  • unlock your potential

  • improve your relationships

  • learn skills to manage stress

  • enhance communication

  • grow resilience in the face of adversity

With our support, you can move toward a more confident, grounded, and hopeful version of yourself.

Session Format

Therapy sessions usually take place weekly and can be offered:

  • in-person at the PossAbilities Network rooms in Craigavon

  • online via Google Meet

We work flexibly to meet your needs.
