Clinical Supervision
Clinical Supervision
For Adult and CYP Therapists
-
Supervision with me is a collaborative, creative space where counsellors and therapists can think, reflect and stay connected to their real‑world practice. I support therapists working with adults, children and young people, drawing on over 35 years’ experience across therapy, supervision, training and school-based counselling leadership.
My approach is pluralistic, strengths‑based and feedback‑informed. I support supervisee growth in confidence, competence and creativity through a supervision relationship that offers structure, learning and practical support.
-
Supervision with me offers space for:
trauma‑informed reflection - keeping you focused on the impact for your clients
a pluralistic focus - supporting you to give each client the ‘driving seat’ when it comes to their counselling goals and the therapeutic methods that work for them.
strengths‑based thinking - helping you put a ‘what’s right with you’ focus at the heart of your work.
feedback‑informed practice - learning about the benefit of clinical outcome tools used in a therapeutic way
support and perspective - helping you navigate complex client stories
self-care planning - supporting your wellbeing and flourishing as a practitioner
